AHSANA (CL-06)

We use sustainable and eco-friendly packaging for all our products. Packaging of Matte and Lustre paper prints is done using flat cardboard boxes. Canvas prints are shipped "rolled" in corrugated long boxes. We urge you to reuse and recycle our packaging instead of throwing it away.

Please note that we sell Art prints only. The artwork does not come framed.

Cancellation, Return and Refund policy:

We are a small business and follow a made-to-order policy, which is why we do not accept cancellations.

We are obsessed with providing prints of the highest quality. Our prints go through several strict quality checks, and we take great care in our packaging. However, if the product gets damaged during transit or you receive a wrong item, we do accept returns. Please follow the instructions below for Returns/ Exchange:

• Any discrepancy regarding delivery or the delivered item must be communicated within 2 days or 48 hours after receiving the order. Please inspect your item on receiving and make a video of unboxing as proof of damage. Any request post the 2 days or without video proof will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund. 

• To return or exchange please write to us at support@studioarsa.in in the following format:

1. Subject: Exchange/Return. Order number
2. Reason for return
3. Order number and date of receiving the order
4. Attach video proof

• For the Return/Exchange to be approved, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Make sure to enclose the invoice (proof of purchase).
• We will arrange for a pick-up. A replacement of your order will be sent to you within 7-10 days of receiving the returned package.
• Alternatively, if you wish, the order value will be refunded to your account within 15 working days.

All our prints are made to order. 

It takes us 4-5 business days to print and dispatch your orders. We ship our products using delivery partners. The average time taken for delivery is 4-5 days after the products are dispatched (however, it may take up to 7 days depending on your location). A tracking number is issued to you via text or e-mail after we dispatch your order. Please note that we deliver almost all major cities in India at the moment.
