Our Handmade wooden frames embody a harmonious blend of timeless elegance and modern aesthetics. With designs inspired by the ancient art of Patachitra, each frame is hand-painted by local artisans. It is an expression of refined taste and meaningful design while preserving the organic feel of the wood used. They come with a set of six Vintage Botany prints. These prints are Botanicals inspired by old botany books and are printed on handmade cotton rag paper.

- Clean the frame with a dry microfibre cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaner or spray on the wood.
- You could use glass cleaner to clean the glass.
- Store the remaining prints flat in an envelope to keep them dust and lint-free.

The frames come bubble-wrapped in a box with a piece of cling wrap on the glass. Please remove the cling wrap before use. The prints are packaged separately in a stiff envelope.

Cancellation, Return and Refund policy:
We are a small business and follow a made-to-order policy, which is why we do not accept cancellations.
We are obsessed with providing prints of the highest quality. Our products go through several strict quality checks, and we take great care in our packaging. However, if the product gets damaged during transit or you receive a wrong item, we do accept returns. Please follow the instructions below for Returns/ Exchange:
- Any discrepancy regarding delivery or the delivered item must be communicated within 2 days or 48 hours after receiving the order. Please inspect your item on receiving and make a video of unboxing as proof of damage. Any request post the 2 days or without video proof will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund.
- To return or exchange please write to us at support@studioarsa.in in the following format:
- Subject: Exchange/Return. Order number
- Reason for return
- Order number and date of receiving the order
- Attach video proof
- For the Return/Exchange to be approved, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Make sure to enclose the invoice (proof of purchase).
- We will arrange for a pick-up. A replacement of your order will be sent to you within 7-10 days of receiving the returned package.
- Alternatively, if you wish, the order value will be refunded to your account within 15 working days.

It takes us 4-5 business days to print and dispatch your orders. We ship our products using delivery partners. The average time taken for delivery is 4-5 days after the products are dispatched (however, it may take up to 7 days depending on your location). A tracking number is issued to you via text or e-mail after we dispatch your order. Please note that we deliver almost all major cities in India at the moment.
